Make scenarios built for clarity and a sane operations bill

Make, formerly Integromat, is popular because its visual canvas handles logic other tools struggle with: routers that send a record down several paths, iterators and aggregators for line items, data stores for remembering state, and HTTP modules for any API. That power also makes scenarios easy to over-build. A common leak is a polling trigger that runs every few minutes and usually finds nothing new, burning usage on every check.

Our agent designs each scenario before building it: what triggers it, how bundles flow through each route, and which filters stop irrelevant data early. It prefers instant webhook triggers to scheduled polling where an app supports them, aggregates before writing to sheets or databases, and attaches error handlers — Resume, Ignore, Break or Rollback — so one bad record doesn't halt the whole run or leave an update half finished.

Because Make bills by usage (operations, now counted as credits on newer plans), the handover estimates what each scenario consumes per run and per month at your volume. Work happens in your organization's account, with connections you authorize, and every scenario's blueprint is exported as JSON so you have a backup. A GrahAI engineer reviews the execution history of the test runs before handover, checking that filters and handlers behave as designed.

What you receive

  • Scenarios built and scheduled in your Make organization
  • Router, filter and error-handler logic labeled on the canvas
  • Exported blueprint JSON for every scenario
  • Operations estimate per run and per month
  • Plain-English notes on each scenario and two revision rounds

When to hire a person instead

An agent is a poor fit for near-real-time processing of very high volumes, where Make's operation costs and execution limits become the bottleneck. A small custom service, quoted as a separate job, usually handles that load more cheaply.

Hire a Make automation expert: common questions

How much does it cost to hire a Make expert?
Small fixes and simple scenarios cost $99 to $149. Scenarios with iterators, routers and accounting integrations usually cost $399 to $599, and a connected set of scenarios running an e-commerce back office is typically $1,299 to $1,999. Your Make subscription and any app fees remain separate and stay in your name.
Why is my Make scenario using so many operations?
The usual causes are polling triggers running every few minutes with nothing to process, searches inside iterators that run once per item, and modules placed before filters instead of after them. The agent reviews execution history, finds which modules consume the most, and restructures the scenario, often with webhooks and aggregators instead.
What do routers and error handlers actually do?
A router splits one bundle into several paths, each with its own filter, so a wholesale order and a retail order can be processed differently in a single scenario. Error handlers decide what happens when a module fails: retry later, skip that bundle, stop cleanly, or roll back changes on modules that support it.
Can you work in my existing Make organization?
Yes, and we prefer it. Invite us to your organization or team with the narrowest role that still allows editing, and remove the invitation after delivery. Connections to your apps are authorized by you, so the tokens stay tied to your accounts rather than ours.
Is Make the same as Integromat?
Yes. Integromat rebranded as Make, and old Integromat scenarios were moved to the new platform. If you still have documentation or screenshots from the Integromat days, share them — some modules have changed names since, and the agent maps the old logic onto current modules as part of any rebuild.
